Jerry-Lee is a 6 year old male, medium sized dog. He is of mixed breed and brown and white in colour. He is good with children and other dogs. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Sejla saw Jerry-Lee's story online.  Someone asked for help to catch a dog.  He had a big open wound and needed transport.  Sejla went with a friend and  took Jerry-Lee to the vet and he was operated on.  Sejla then called the person who had found Jerry-Lee, and told him he could take Jerry-Lee into a pension.  He needed antibiotics and his bandage needed to be changed every 3 days.  This person told Sejla to let the dog back onto the streets again, as he could not take him.  Jerry-Lee was still suffering from the effects of the anaesthetic.  Sejla could not let him go back on the streets, so she put him into a pension herself as she did not have a shelter then.  Jerry-Lee needed several more operations as the pension owner tried to take his stitches out himself and caused more damage to the wound.  Jerry-Lee is now safely and happily living in the Shelter having finally recovered from his wound.
