This poor, lonely dog lives an unhappy existence chained up 24 hours a day in a country that doesn't care much for dogs, Bosnia.
Deprived of water for most of the day and fed infrequently, this dog needs saving.
We made it our mission to save dogs that are chained up like this and have been successful with our efforts in the past.
Although we don't like to encourage buying dogs from uncaring owners, this dog's owners have set a price of 600 BAM (£300) on this dog's freedom.
A King's Ransom indeed.
But we feel the price is a price worth paying for his freedom.
No more chains, no more neglect, no more suffering.
